About these metrics

These KPIs are computed from telemetry events emitted during sandbox transaction processing. They measure the real operational outcomes of the ACTEX pipeline:

  • Completion rate — percentage of started checkout sessions that reach a completed state.
  • Exception recovery rate — percentage of exceptions resolved automatically without human escalation.
  • Avg resolution time — mean elapsed time from session start to post-purchase feedback event.
  • Retry success rate — percentage of retried sessions that eventually complete.
  • Verification pass rate — percentage of completed sessions backed by a signed receipt (portable proof).

Source endpoint: GET /v1/metrics/outcomes. Filters by merchant_id and agent_id are supported via query parameters.
